Qualified Properties, Inc. is a commercial real estate company with twelve licensed real estate brokers and agents. The company has been in business for over 30 years and enjoys an excellent reputation. Our company strictly sells commercial and investment real estate and we have over 150 years of combined experience. Much of our business comes from repeat clients and we enjoy the long-term relationships we have developed over the years. We have sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate in various industries and we work hard to represent our clients.

Sales have included industrial facilities, warehouses, office buildings, apartment projects, medical sites, restaurants and a host of other specialized properties. We have also marketed raw land in various amounts including a 550-acre tract of prime commercial property on a major freeway. Qualified Properties has represented governmental agencies such as the R.T.C., the F.D.I.C., insurance companies, R.E.I.T., banks, savings and loans, and other types of lending institutions as well as corporations and individual investors. We have negotiated all types of leases including sale lease backs and build to suits. Our people have diverse business backgrounds: one of our brokers has been a bank director for 18 years; one broker is a retired director of Tenneco, yet another owned and operated several restaurants. Most of our agents have been in business for themselves in the past and are able to use their experience and knowledge for the benefit of our clients.

Qualified Properties is located in Pasadena, a suburb of Houston, Texas. Our market area is along the industrial zone of the Galveston/Houston ship channel including 55 miles of continuous refineries, chemical plants, and international shipping facilities. We mainly work in the southeast area of Harris County, Texas, but we have ventured out into all parts of the United States. We co-operate with other agencies and of course belong to all local chambers of commerce and economic development associations. We are strictly a fee basis company; commissions are earned only upon the sale and closing of your property. Hard work is our standard and we would appreciate an opportunity to market your property.
