Greg obtained his real estate license and joined Qualified Properties in 2004. Prior to entering the real estate industry, his professional experience included 13 years in the petrochemical industry, as well as owning and operating a landscaping business for eight years.

Since joining Qualified Properties, Greg has successfully completed over $26 million in sales and has leased over 331,000 square feet with lease revenues in excess of $8 million. Greg focuses on industrial properties and land sales.

Greg is married to Julie Williams, his wife of 16 years, and has three children - Ashley, Brandon, and Tessa. His interests include spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting.

Greg is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
