A native Texas, John Willhoite was born in Denison, Texas, grew up in Irving, Texas, attended Arlington State College, and relocated to the Houston area in 1972. John currently resides in Pearland, Texas. As such, John has a deeply-rooted familiarity with the greater Houston area.

John has over 40 years of sales and marketing experience. Selling real estate, both commercial and residential, is a passion for John. You can place your confidence in his honesty, enthusiasm, ability, experience, and dependability. John enjoys meeting people and understands the needs of business owners.

John is an active member at Sagemont Church and is very proud of his youngest grandson who recently returned from his service in the United States Marine Corps.

John is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
