Qualified Properties was founded in 1974 by Albert Fox, after a long career in the auto industry and large-scale property management. Since then, our company has worked hard to earn and preserve an excellent reputation in both our community and our industry. Our goal with every transaction is to create long-lasting relationships, and to provide in-depth real estate services for our clients. We are now a second generation family-owned company, led by Alix Fox and a team of experienced agents and brokers. Due to our years of broad experience, we offer our clients much more than transactional services. We advise our clients on strategic growth locations, investment strategies, project planning and design, market trends, development, and the many other issues that are necessary considerations for commercial real estate.

Qualified Properties is licensed to conduct business throughout the state of Texas. However, we specialize in the greater Houston area extending to Harris County, Galveston County, Brazoria County, Waller County, Washington County, Chambers County, and their surrounding areas. Due to our size and experience, we are able to offer our clients in-depth knowledge and guidance through the various zoning and development restrictions for each of these areas, as well as good working relationships with the municipal entities. This knowledge and these connections can be invaluable when problem-solving through developments. We have extensive experience with the Port of Houston, Bayport and Barbours Cut Container Terminals, and the Petrochem industry, along with all of the supporting service companies.
